Ruben Arana: Scenic Designer
Ruben is a Tallahassee-based scenic designer who works in theatre, opera, dance, and film. Michele Belson: Costume Designer
Michele has been part of the FSU School of Theatre Costume Shop since 2004. She designed last year’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and built both costumes and props for SSC’s touring production of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged). Idy Coddington: Choreographer
After retiring from the Ohio Ballet, Idy ran her own studio in Brookline MA, danced, nationally and internationally as the Kamikaze Jitterbugs and performed 19th century dance with the Commonwealth Vintage Dancers. Idy graduated from Smith College in 2011 and received her MA in American Dance Studies from FSU in 2012. She enjoys taking classes and dancing at FSU, teaching at TCC, and being assistant director and choreographer for Theater with a Mission.
Todd is currently the production manager and lighting director for Disson Sports and Entertainment’s Skating Spectacular television series on ABC. Todd joined the creative staff of Southern Shakespeare Company last year as the Lighting Director for A Midsummer’s Nights Dream and recently toured with their production of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged).. Rick has worked on the tech side of Tallahassee theatre for over ten years in roles ranging from refreshment server to director. Back in 2000, his first-ever involvement in theatre was as a House Management Team Leader during the Southern Shakespeare Festival’s (SSF) performance of The Tempest, after which SSF closed. Ian has been working in various local theaters for the past three years. He has worked in on over twenty shows in all technical aspects, including White Christmas at Theatre Tallahassee, Chicago at Monticello Opera House, Rocky Horror Picture Show at Junction@Monroe, and he was the light board operator for Southern Shakespeare’s Comedy of Errors and Zombie Shakespeare.
