The Bard Walks Into A Bar…
Southern Shakespeare Company kicks off its 2026–2027 season with The Bar(d) Crawl, an immersive theatrical adventure featuring Shakespeare scenes, local bars, a trolley ride, swordplay, music, and plenty of merriment.
This one-of-a-kind experience brings Shakespeare out of the theatre and into the heart of Tallahassee nightlife. Audiences will travel by trolley to three local venues for an unforgettable evening of live performance, laughter, and community.

About the Show
The Bar(d) Crawl features four Shakespeare scenes, six actors, three bars, and one trolley ride through Tallahassee. Each stop offers a different scene, style, and flavor — from sword fighting to comedy to a musical finale.
Whether you are a lifelong Shakespeare fan or just looking for a lively night out, this immersive experience is designed to make the Bard feel fresh, fun, and close enough to raise a glass to.

Tickets
Each General Ticket includes:
One complimentary alcoholic OR non-alcoholic drink (total of four) at each stop on the crawl
Admission on the chartered trolley for transportation between venues
One SSC can koozie
Must be 16 years of age or older to attend the Bar(d) Crawl
Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal adult
